The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to drive guest service and store performance in our Dodge City, KS location.

You will partner with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train and lead Teammates while maintaining store operations and merchandising standards. You will grow sales through coaching, product knowledge, and a strong focus on guest experience, while stepping in for the Store Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Must excel in guest service and sales performance.
• Experience leading and coaching Teammates preferred.
• Ability to train new Teammates and maintain store standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales generation and guest service to achieve store goals.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates in collaboration with Store Manager.
• Manage operations, merchandising, and loss prevention practices.
