Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Supervise staff and oversee production, sales, and store maintenance.
• Ensure OSHA and Salvation Army safety policies are followed.
• Maintain budgeted income/expenses and prevent shrinkage.
• Support banking, record-keeping, and personnel documentation.
