The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager in Flagstaff, AZ.

The role focuses on delivering an exceptional shopping experience, leading sales and training Teammates, and performing a broad range of merchandising and operational tasks under Store Management supervision. You will work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new Teammates and provide leadership.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-service experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and train Teammates.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service.
• Assist Store Manager with staffing and training.
• Lead by example in sales and showmanship.
