Job summary

You will participate in opening/closing procedures, payroll and scheduling, loss prevention, and maintenance of a safe, clean sales floor. You will supervise and coach Store Associates, promote positive interactions with customers and colleagues, and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read and explain directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Organize and transfer merchandise between delivery, stockroom, and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Handle payroll, scheduling, and cash deposits.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a safe, respectful store environment.
