Job summary

Miniso is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving store performance. You will coach team members, maintain visual standards, and implement strategies to meet sales goals.

You will lead a dynamic team, recruit and mentor staff, manage inventory and shipments, and ensure compliance with Miniso policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in retail management with a track record of leading teams.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to relocate or manage additional stores; travel between locations required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates; report to Store Manager.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain merchandising standards.
• Drive sales performance and store productivity.
• Promote Miniso membership program and build customer loyalty.
• Mentor trainees and support talent recruitment processes.
• Assist with inventory management, shipments, damages, returns, and supplies.
• Oversee staff scheduling and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Provide constructive feedback and drive a culture of growth.
