You will shape store success and contribute to company growth in a fast-paced retail environment. You will recruit, train, and develop staff; drive sales through merchandising and promotions; manage inventory, budgets, and KPIs; and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role with sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with focus on service excellence.
• Ability to analyze sales data and manage budgets.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
