Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in collaboration with the store manager.
• Lead and develop a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with the store manager to meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Conduct outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.
• Provide best-in-class training and leadership development to staff.
