Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read and explain directives is required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environments is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical store duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Manage merchandising transfers from delivery to stockroom and sales floor as needed.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support payroll, scheduling, and cash handling while ensuring loss prevention.
