Responsibilities include assisting in the overall operation of the store to ensure maximum sales and profitability by maintaining guest services, developing staff, controlling expenses, managing shrinkage, and overseeing merchandising and inventory control. The minimum age requirement is 18, and candidates must have a flexible schedule. The physical demands include standing and walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
