Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a capable seasonal store leader in Pigeon Forge, TN to support the Store Manager with staffing, setup and merchandising for a busy seasonal operation. The role focuses on guest services, profit optimization, and staff development to drive a successful store during peak periods.

You will help manage merchandise, inventory, and store operations, ensuring tight control of expenses and shrinkage while delivering an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and a flexible schedule.
• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Physical demands: 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting up to 50 pounds.

• Assist in ensuring maximum sales/profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services.

Overview

Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 - $17.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Benefits include: Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.
