Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking leadership for a Seasonal Store, offering hourly pay and a path to premium pay programs. The role supports the Store Manager with staffing, merchandising and guest services to maximize sales while controlling costs.

Responsibilities include staff development, inventory control and loss prevention, ensuring smooth store operations and high guest satisfaction throughout the season.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 and a flexible schedule.
• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Physical demands: 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.

Overview

Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 - $17.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Benefits include: Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.
