Job summary

Spirit Halloween in Katy, TX is seeking a capable retail professional to support the Store Manager in operating a seasonal store. You will help with staffing, merchandising, guest services, and inventory control to maximize sales.

Benefits include: Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.

• Develop staff and support all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
• Control expenses and shrinkage and manage all aspects of store operations.

• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Physical demands: 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
