Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a seasonal Store Supervisor to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. You will help drive guest services and profitability while leading a small team through peak seasonal periods.

Responsibilities include staff development, merchandising, inventory control, and managing store operations to minimize shrinkage and expenses. The role requires a flexible schedule and 18+ age, with compensation at an hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and a flexible schedule.
• Prior retail management experience is required.

Overview

Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 - $17.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Benefits include: Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.

• Physical demands: 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
