Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Store Manager or equivalent for a Seasonal Store in Sharon, executing staffing, merchandising and guest services while driving sales and store profitability.

You will lead in-house teams, manage inventory and expenses, and ensure smooth operations during peak seasons with emphasis on guest satisfaction and premium pay programs where eligible.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• Flexible schedule.
• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Physical demands: 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.

• Assist in ensuring maximum sales/profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services.

Overview

Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 - $17.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Benefits include: Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.
