Job summary

Spirit Halloween in Monroe, LA is seeking a capable individual to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. You will help maximize sales by delivering outstanding Guest Services, develop staff, and assist with merchandising and inventory control, while monitoring expenses and shrinkage.

Overview

Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 - $17.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Benefits include: Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.
