Job summary

Spirit Halloween Store Manager position in Oxford, AL is seeking a leader to head a Seasonal store, guide merchandising and guest services, and drive sales with hands-on supervision.

Ideal candidate will be 18+ with prior retail management experience, capable of standing long hours, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds, to effectively manage staff and store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 and a flexible schedule.
• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Physical demands: 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.

• Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
• Assist in ensuring maximum sales/profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
• Develop staff and support all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
• Control expenses and shrinkage and manage all aspects of store operations.

Overview

Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 - $17.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Benefits include: Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.
