Job summary

Spirit Halloween in Wisconsin Rapids is seeking a store leadership associate to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store.

You will help maximize sales by delivering excellent guest services, supervising staff, managing merchandising and inventory, controlling expenses, and ensuring efficient store operations under seasonal conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 with flexible schedule.
• Prior retail management experience required.
• Physical demands: 8+ hours standing/walking, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds.

Overview

Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 - $17.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Benefits include: Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.
