Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a Seasonal Store in Minnesota. You will support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, and pack-up/teardown to ensure a smooth seasonal operation.

Responsibilities include maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control to maximize sales and profitability during the season.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Flexible schedule.
• 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store under the Store Manager.
• Support Store Manager to maximize sales/profitability by maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, and controlling expenses, shrinkage and inventory.
• Ensure successful seasonal store operations through effective merchandising and inventory control.

Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 - $17.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store.

The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store ensuring maximum sales/profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.

Eligibility and Requirements

The minimum age requirement is 18 and must have a flexible schedule.

The physical demands of the job require 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.

Prior retail management experience is required.
