Hourly Rate: $15.00 - $15.25 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
• Supporting the Store Manager in daily store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability.
• Developing staff, controlling expenses, and managing shrinkage.
• Overseeing merchandising and inventory control in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
• The physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours.
