What You'll Do

• Managing the Store: Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and safe. Follow company policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age‑restricted sales.
• Driving Efficiency: Manage inventory, complete reports, and help maintain high operational standards.

Requirements

• Experience: 2‑4 years in a supervisory or customer‑service role.
• Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Familiarity with cash registers and basic store equipment.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Mobility: Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and flexibility to travel to nearby stores when needed.
