Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily store activities, help customers, organize merchandise, and participate in opening/closing procedures.

You will also contribute to payroll, scheduling, loss prevention, and training of Store Associates while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Maintain store areas and stockrooms to company standards.
• Assist in supervising, training, and developing Store Associates.
• Ensure safety and compliance with store policies and procedures.
