Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environments preferred.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties including walking, standing, and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Provide positive, approachable customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Assist in merchandising, stock transfers, and maintaining seasonal displays.
• Open and close store procedures as needed.
• Process directives, maintain payroll/scheduling records, and support loss prevention.
