You will greet customers, guide them through shopping, sell shoes and accessories, manage deposits, and assist with recruiting, coaching, and training the staff to deliver the best customer experience. • Experience leading a sales team and coaching staff.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage deposits and basic store operations.
• Willingness to teach others and develop the team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through their shopping experience.
• Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories to customers.
• Ring up sales, take cash, run credit cards, apply discounts.
• Help re-stock the sales floor.
• Keep the store neat and clean.
• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and training the team.
• Assist with coaching and discipline of the team.
• Lead the team to ensure the best customer sales experience.
• Prepare deposits and make bank deposits.
• Process freight and set the sales floor as it arrives.
