Job summary

Shoe Sensation, Inc. is seeking a part-time 2nd Assistant Manager to sell shoes and lead the sales team when on duty. This entry-level management role focuses on customer service, staff development, and store operations within a growing chain that values internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and transportation.
• Willing to teach others how to sell and become a people manager.
• Able to open/close the store and work alone when required.
• Able to stand, walk, kneel, bend, climb and lift 25–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide their shopping experience.
• Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories and ring up sales.
• Restock the sales floor and keep the store neat.
• Teach others how to perform duties and lead the team on duty.
• Make deposits at the bank and process freight for the floor.
