Job summary

Shoe Sensation, Inc. in Lower Burrell, PA is seeking a 2nd Assistant Manager to join our sales team in a part-time management role. You will sell shoes, guide customers, and lead the team on duty.

You will handle deposits, stock, and training, with opportunities for growth in a company that promotes from within. Must be 18+, have transportation, and enjoy helping others.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and personal transportation to take deposits to the bank.
• Willing to teach others how to sell and learn how to be a people manager.
• Willing and able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Able to lift 25-50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet our customers and guide them through their shopping experience.
• Sell Shoes, apparel, and accessories to customers.
• Ring up sales in computer, take cash/run credit cards.
• Help re-stock the sales floor.
• Keep things neat and clean in the store.
• Teach others how to do all the things above.
• Lead the rest of the team to ensure the best customer sales experience.
• Make deposits at the bank.
• Process freight and set the sales floor as it arrives.
