Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving the sales plan and/or comp sales goals.
• Help recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team to run your store alongside you.
• Promote new products and engage customers through promotions, social media, and benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Provide leadership for an operationally sound store with balance of ops, delegation, and customer-first selling practices.
• Monitor shrink, payroll hours, and associate schedules.
• Collaborate with retail leadership and HQ on trends and customer feedback.
• Run sales reports and use data to guide your strategy to hit sales targets.
• Merchandise the store using planograms and launch promos on time.
• Develop a high-performing, customer-focused team in partnership with your Store Manager.
