This role emphasizes team development, sales leadership, inventory management, and compliant store operations, with flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, and compensation in the $19–$23.75 hourly range.

Formación

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, operate the register, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve the store's financial goals and motivate the team.
• Assist in hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Ensure safe and efficient store operations including inventory management and replenishment.
• Comply with policies, guidelines, and business practices.
• Build community connections through in-store events and philanthropy.
