Job summary

Roses Express is seeking motivated individuals to support our Stores in providing essential products at great values to the communities we serve. As an Assistant Manager/Key Carrier, you will deliver excellent customer service and assist the Store Manager in operating the store to meet company goals.

You will help hire and train team members, perform opening/closing duties when needed, protect assets, and ensure a safe, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Prefer prior retail and management experience.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, training and development of store team members as delegated by the Store Manager.
• Support daily store operations and maintain store standards.
• Open and close procedures when the Store Manager is absent.
• Protect company assets, including store cash and merchandise.
• Direct hourly Team Members when Store Manager is not on site.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company policies.
