Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred and reading operational directives is required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical store duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain promotional displays and ensure merchandise layout follows standards.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, process damaged goods, and support loss prevention.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom per company standards.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash handling.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates with a positive environment.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment and professional interactions with customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness (bathrooms, floors) and restocking.
• Other duties as assigned.
