Responsibilities

• Organize merchandise flow from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with loss prevention and incident recording as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize stockrooms and sales floors.
• Support the Store Manager in supervising and developing store associates.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
