Responsibilities

• Help implement corporate directives and assist with communications related to store activities.
• Maintain storefront fixtures and displays for promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, keeping records, and loss prevention.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized store areas to company standards.
• Protect store assets including cash; adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Support Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing Store Associates.
• Foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
