The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior store management experience; strong communication and teamwork are essential, with physical ability to lift up to 55 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives, maintain displays and promotional materials.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom to company standards.
• Protect store assets including cash and purses, and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing associates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
