Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, service customers, and develop the store team in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will assist with opening/closing tasks, organize merchandise, and ensure store cleanliness and safety while upholding company policies and standards. Part-time position based at 919 East Main St, Laurens, SC, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong customer service, communication, and team interaction skills.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environments preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical store duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and activities.
• Support store employees and help develop the team.
• Greet customers, answer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and cash handling as directed.
• Help organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
