Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail or equivalent is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical store duties.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address queries.
• Supervise, train, and develop store associates under the Store Manager.
• Open/close procedures and ensure store readiness and safety.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, loss prevention, and record keeping.
