Dollar Tree is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and staff development. The role involves assisting with daily store activities, ensuring delivery of exceptional service, and helping lead a team of associates to meet performance goals.

You will help manage inventory, maintain store standards, and support the Store Manager in driving sales while enforcing policies and safety guidelines.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash handling and loss prevention.
