Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or similar setting preferred.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers with inquiries and concerns in a positive manner.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain fixtures, displays, and promotional materials.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and processing damaged goods; payroll and scheduling tasks.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom.
• Protect store assets, including cash.
• Ensure policy compliance and safety guidelines.
• Help Store Manager supervise and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
