Job summary

ZippyApp - Recruitment Marketing is seeking a store operations associate for our Louisiana, Shreveport location. You will support the Store Director in daily tasks, manage inventory and merchandising, ensure food safety and customer service, and help train and supervise staff.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking in a fast-paced retail setting, basic math and cash handling, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior pallet jack experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising store employees.
• Help manage inventory, product ordering, truck unloading, and stock levels.
• Maintain full, attractive shelves and product displays.
• Open and close the store following proper procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, food quality, and company policies.
• Handle cash management, deposits, tills, and tender procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Operate pallet jacks and other store equipment.
• Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shopping environment.
