Qualifications

• Experience in retail, footwear and athletic apparel preferred.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Collaborate on action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Step in as acting store lead in Store Manager's absence.
• Support personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure departmental responsibilities and standards are met.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Maintain high-quality customer service as outlined in manuals.
• Contribute to service and merchandise promotion activities.
• Uphold company policies and internal controls, reporting potential fraud risks.
