Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets of Hibbett I City Gear.
• Assist in establishing action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assume store responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence.
• Participate in personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory movement, sales statistics, and expenses to maintain profitability.
