Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets and daily store operations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to plan selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Step in to manage the store in the Manager’s absence.
• Support in recruiting, training, and evaluating store personnel.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to customers and employees across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to maintain profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Deliver outstanding customer service per company policies and manuals.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by Hibbett I City Gear.
