Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily store activities, help customers, and ensure merchandise is organized from delivery to sales floor.

The role involves opening/closing procedures, maintaining fixtures, and supporting payroll, scheduling, and loss prevention as needed. A positive, safe, and respectful environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills are required.

• Experience in customer service and store operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Organize and transfer merchandise between delivery, stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain store fixtures, displays and promotional areas.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and loss prevention tasks.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
