Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Help establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, and scheduling.
• Assume responsibility of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Coordinate with Store Manager on personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Maintain customer service standards per manuals.
