Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets and implementing action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Assume store responsibility in Store Manager's absence.
• Participate in recruiting, training and evaluation of personnel.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Promote and uphold company policies and customer service standards.
