Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in retail, grocery, or store operations is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom and floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives, maintain displays, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, handling damaged goods, payroll and deposits, and loss prevention.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom.
