Job summary

Family Dollar in Vicksburg, MS is seeking a part-time store associate to support daily store operations and provide friendly customer service. You will assist with opening/closing, organize merchandise, and keep the sales floor and stockroom well-stocked.

This role requires the ability to lift up to 55 lbs, assist with inventory, payroll records, and loss prevention, and work in a fast-paced team environment while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store encouraged.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and frequent standing required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Team-oriented, customer-focused, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
