Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, customer service, and team development at our Buckeye location. You will help with opening and closing, merchandise flow, and loss prevention to maintain a well-organized store.

You will supervise and train Store Associates, ensure safe, friendly customer interactions, and adhere to corporate directives while upholding company standards.
