Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Assist in organizing merchandise from the delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal displays.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Ensure compliance with corporate directives and store policies.
• Support in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll-related tasks, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and secure assets.
