Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with day-to-day activities, organize merchandise, and help manage staff to meet store standards.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, ensuring safety, loss prevention, and maintaining clean, well-stocked premises while delivering friendly, professional service to customers and associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience managing a retail, grocery, or drug store is preferred.

Responsibilities
