Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an excellent customer shopping experience with service training and leadership.
• Handle POS transactions following company policy for sales, discounts and refunds.
• Inventory control including shipping/receiving, pricing, markdowns and physical counts.
• Merchandising and visual presentation to meet company standards.
• Payroll control including scheduling and time/attendance.
• Train and develop direct reports consistent with policies and tools.
• Loss prevention to protect company assets.
• Develop expertise in managing day-to-day operations.
