Dollar Tree, Inc. is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves assisting with daily store activities, merchandising, and opening/closing procedures to ensure a smooth customer experience.

You will help supervise and train store associates, maintain clean and organized areas, and uphold company policies while delivering exceptional service to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support loss prevention and cash handling tasks.
• Help supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash.
